Anua Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner is a lightweight milky toner enriched with Niacinamide and Ceramides, to hydrate and brighten the skin to achieve glass skin.

How to use:
- Cleanse Your Skin:Begin with a clean face by using a gentle cleanser to remove dirt, oil, and makeup.
Prepare the Toner:Shake the bottle lightly to ensure the formula is well-mixed.
Dispense the Toner  Pour a small amount of the toner onto a cotton pad or directly into your hands.
Apply to Skin:If using a cotton pad: Gently swipe it across your face and neck, avoiding the eye area.
If using your hands:Pat the toner into your skin using light, upward motions. -
Let It Absorb:Allow the toner to fully absorb into your skin before applying additional products.
Follow with Skincare:Continue with your usual skincare routine, such as serums, moisturisers, or sunscreen.
For best results, use the toner twice daily: morning and night.
