Can I Return or Exchange My Purchased Items for Any Reason?

Yes you can always return within 07 days of your Online purchase (with original slips), if you have not used or opened the product. It must be sent back in original condition and packaging. You will have to send it back to us at your own cost of shipping; it will take 7-10 days to processes your exchange after receiving back our products.

In case where the product is broken / used or opened we will decline the exchange.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Are There Any Restock Charges?

No, there are no restock charges.


What happens in case if I have received any broken item in my Shipment?

We take best possible measures to pack your order in a very secure way, but since some make up items are very delicate so it can happen and in such cases you need to share the proof of damage within 3 hours of receiving those items and we will require 4-5 working days & we will compensate you in form of discount coupon as per the actual Damage-Exchange-Defected.
